Florida Community Regulations Update

In the wake of the tragic condominium collapse in Surfside last year, lawmakers are working to update the state’s condo regulations, many of which have remained unchanged for upwards of 60 years. Both bills were unanimously approved by the Senate Regulated Industries Committee on Tuesday, and have one remaining committee stop. Similar measures in the House have yet to be considered in committee. Read more here.
